These terms govern use of the GoFree website and all booking requests submitted through it.
Booking Requests
Submitting a request does not automatically create a confirmed rental contract.
Availability, pricing, delivery details and documentation are subject to final review and confirmation.
Driver Requirements
Drivers must present valid identification and a valid driving licence at handover.
Additional checks may apply depending on nationality, licence type and rental duration.
Vehicle Use
The vehicle must be used lawfully, responsibly and according to the agreed rental conditions.
Traffic fines, damage, misuse and contractual breaches may result in additional charges.
Cancellations and Changes
Date changes, delivery changes and cancellations are handled case by case according to availability and the final rental agreement.
GoFree may refuse or cancel a booking where documentation, payment, availability or safety requirements are not met.
